RESERVATIONS

  1. In anticipation of peak service times, it may be in the best interest of the Member to make dinner reservations in advance.  No Member will be refused service unless the entire Clubhouse is booked for a Board-approved function.  The management will accommodate walk-ins, but may ask the unannounced party to wait in the lounge or greeting area (entry) until a space becomes available.  If a space does not become available, it may become necessary for Member and their guest to dine in the lounge.
  2. We ask that Members honor their reservation time to avoid delays in table service.  Reservations improve service and are encouraged. It is the responsibility of the Member to inform the Club if they are unable to honor a reservation. Failure to honor a reservation within 15 minutes of its booked time will automatically cancel the reservation. We ask that the Member call the Club a minimum of three hours ahead in the event they are unable to show up for a reservation.
  3. The Club requests that reservations be made in advance for Easter Buffet, Mother’s Day Buffet, and New Year’s dinner party.  Special seating requests will be honored on first-come first-serve basis.
  4. Reservations for regular (non-holiday) Sunday Lunch Buffets and Special Dining Buffets are recommended, especially for parties of five or larger. This expedites service and assures minimal waiting for the majority of Members.

The policy of the Board of Directors is that the Main Dining Room should be available to all Members and their guests as often as possible.  On occasions, it may become necessary to close the Main Dining Room or Secondary Dining Room for a special function.  When this occurs, it is the policy of the Board to have the unused Dining Room available for member dining.  On rare occasions, it may be necessary to close the entire Clubhouse for a function (e.g. Member Only Party).  Such a closing shall be publicized in the bulletin and/or by posting on the bulletin board at least (7) seven days in advance.
  2. When any portion of the club house is closed due to a special function, the party booking the function will be charged a Reservation Fee based upon the room being booked, and their Member status (Member or non-Member).

  7. Cancellation within 30 days of the reserved function will forfeit the Reservation Fee in its entirety.
